The Dunboyne and Clonee Pedestrian and Cycle Network is now open for public consultation. It is envisaged to be a flagship scheme for connectivity of the towns of Dunboyne and Clonee to both public transport hubs and the Greater Dublin Area Cycle Network.
This scheme has the potential to promote and enhance walking, cycling and the use of public transport by providing a superior network of footpath and cycleway connections for both towns’ residents.
AtkinsRéalis Ireland was previously appointed by Meath County Council as Lead Engineering Consultants and has provided multidisciplinary technical services including Phase 2 deliverables such as Constraints Study, Environmental Study, Feasibility and Optioneering Study and Project Appraisal with further Phase 3 Preliminary Design and Phase 4 Statutory Process services to be delivered.
