Happy Pride 2020 to All!
To mark the end of Pride month 2020 we at AtkinsRéalis Ireland held a virtual coffee event and invited guest speaker Steven Berry a senior member of AtkinsRéalis legal counsel and part of the AtkinsRéalis Equilibrium Network to speak about Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. Whilst we are celebrating Pride today there is also a serious message and some stark figures for the Engineering industry that shows there is a lot of progress still to be made, to make our industry a more inclusive and better place for everyone to work in.
