We are seeking a senior resident engineer with experience in supervision of road construction projects.
Requirements :
- Level 8 or 9 degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Ideally a Chartered Engineer.
- Experience in administering Irish Public Works Contracts.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Knowledge of relevant road design and construction standards and specifications, including TII, NTA etc.
- Experience in monitoring construction quality, safety and environmental management systems.
- Experience in monitoring temporary traffic management schemes.
- Enthusiatic, hardworking and flexible.
- Willing to take responsibility and comfortable working as part of a team, including managing and mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
