Where you could work:
As a graduate project manager, you'll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways with exposure on a wide variety of schemes, in all sectors for both public and private clients. This includes new university campuses, commercial office developments, refurbishment of listed buildings and museums, large residential scheme, Infrastructure projects, the list is endless. We strive to build strong relationships by understanding the challenges our clients face, sharing their vision and helping them transform their visions into reality. Our cutting-edge independent advice and support enables our clients to turn bold ideas into reality and deliver their most important projects and programmes.
Our Project Managers are involved in some of the world's most prestigious and complex projects, requiring meticulous planning to ensure successful delivery to our clients and stakeholders.
Your role
- Assist in the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, project scope, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes, ensuring alignment with key milestones and statutory approval timelines.
- Monitor project performance, proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and changes through structured change control procedures, risk workshops, and the maintenance of comprehensive risk registers.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings and site visits, ensuring that all actions are accurately recorded, tracked, and implemented in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing essential project documentation, including execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement documentation, and progress reports.
- Support contract and commercial administration activities.
- Professional Development: Learn and apply project management tools, techniques, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and personal growth.
About you
- Minimum Level 8 or above in a Project Management related degree or any subject for those who can demonstrate commercial or technical acumen.
- Championing a culture where everyone belongs.
- A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions.
- Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.
- Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable).
- Comfortable embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies.
- Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent). Being together in person helps us build stronger relationships, collaborate more effectively, and accelerate your learning and development.
