AtkinsRéalis Ireland achieve Re-accreditation as Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer

AtkinsRéalis Ireland has been awarded Engineers Ireland “CPD Accredited Employer” status for a further, maximum three-year period.

Carefully planned CPD ensures that each individual professional can sustain career-long high performance and avoid professional obsolescence. AtkinsRéalis team are passionate about the skills agenda and celebrating diversity and inclusion, as well as a strong advocate of STEM and early career development. AtkinsRéalis has a Learning and Development Committee and a strategy with clear objectives set out each year for what improvements need to be achieved to continue to make AtkinsRéalis a great place to work.

As part of our Learning and Development Strategy AtkinsRéalis recently launched a new Graduate Training Programme which is a comprehensive graduate training programme to help graduates to work towards and achieve their professional qualification. Becoming chartered or professional qualified is a very important step in our Engineer employees career progression. AtkinsRéalis encourages all our engineers to work towards chartership, through our Graduate Programme and our Mentoring Programme.

The standard is a strategic framework which enables engineers and engineering-led employers raise competency levels and deliver tangible business benefits by investing in their engineers through CPD.
