Woodbrook Lands Development Project

AtkinsRéalis has commenced work on the civil, transport and infrastructure elements of this strategic land bank in the south of Dún Laoghaire Rathdown, which will incorporate a new DART Station. The lands are zoned within the Woodbrook Shanganagh Local Area Plan and AtkinsRéalis is working in close consultation with Castlethorn and Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and the NTA in the early stages of the development of the site masterplan. This site is a flagship scheme for Castlethorn Construction and AtkinsRéalis expert advice and relationships with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown and the NTA and key elements in the development of this site at this stage.
